When she's not cooking up a storm in the kitchen, catering whole food plant-based pop-up dinner parties, browsing the local farmers' markets, or coaching a client on the path to a healthier way of life, you'll likely find her paddle boarding, growing vegetables in her garden, playing with her chihuahua, hiking and foraging for edible wild plants in the woods, or training for her next half marathon.
